New customer portal design

The most significant update introduces a redesigned admin interface featuring a sidebar navigation with sub-panels instead of a top navigation bar. This change enhances data accessibility and browsing capabilities. Forms now include greater white space, sectional organization, and improved overall usability.

Ramp deals

Volume discounts for fast-growing customers can now be structured as ramp deals. This approach allows companies to offer discounts based on projected future growth, with scheduled quantity increases over time. The model benefits both parties: customers receive favorable pricing without purchasing excess capacity immediately, while vendors secure guaranteed future revenue commitments.

Usage-based improvements

Several enhancements strengthen usage-based subscription management:

  • Usage visualization now displays as charts for current and previous periods in both the admin interface and customer portal
  • Clicking chart bars reveals daily usage breakdowns
  • Tiered and volume-priced plans can be edited directly on quotes for custom pricing adjustments
  • Users can search, filter, and manually create or edit usage records through the admin interface

Backdated deals

Subscriptions can now start retroactively, facilitating migrations from other platforms and correction of historical errors.

Migration mode

Established SaaS companies migrating from Stripe and comparable solutions can now utilize migration mode to prepare accounts before going live.

Outbox
