It was at OneLogin where Rich and Bunny founder Thomas Pedersen bonded over the shared pain of SaaS billing at scale, which led Rich to join the team to help build Bunny. He writes about subscription billing, product integrations, and the operational challenges of scaling SaaS businesses.
