HubSpot Bunny CPQ for HubSpot

HubSpot CPQ for subscription SaaS, with billing built in

Bunny adds subscription CPQ and billing to HubSpot. Reps create a Bunny quote straight from the HubSpot company record, Bunny prices it — ramps, usage, co-terming, approvals — and the signed quote becomes the subscription, the invoices and the renewal. Bunny is SaaS billing, CPQ and RevOps for B2B SaaS; HubSpot stays your CRM.

How does Bunny work inside HubSpot?

Bunny installs as a HubSpot app and connects over OAuth. A HubSpot admin adds three Bunny cards to the company record, and from then on reps quote without leaving the CRM.

01

Connect and match

Authorize from Bunny’s plugin settings. A bulk sync matches your existing Bunny accounts to HubSpot companies, and creates companies for any that are missing.

02

Create quote from the company

The Bunny Quotes card lists every quote for the company. Click Create quote and Bunny’s quote builder opens inside HubSpot, with the company and its contacts already synced.

03

Deals stay in step

HubSpot deals mirror into Bunny. As the quote changes, the deal amount updates and syncs back, and a won or lost deal closes in HubSpot too.

04

Signed quote starts billing

The accepted quote becomes the subscription and invoices in Bunny. The Subscriptions and Statistics cards show plans, terms, MRR and revenue movements right on the HubSpot record.

Two-way sync

What syncs between HubSpot and Bunny?

HubSpot owns the relationship. Bunny owns what was sold and what gets billed. Here is exactly what moves between them.

HubSpot and Bunny data sync
Record HubSpot → Bunny Bunny → HubSpot
Companies Linked to a Bunny account by the bulk sync or the first quote, then name changes and parent–child company relationships follow Account name; Bunny accounts can be created as new HubSpot companies
Contacts New contacts and changes to name, email and phone Name, email and phone changes
Deals New deals on synced companies, plus deal name and amount changes Deal name and amount; closed-won and closed-lost stage
Quotes — Listed on the company record in the Bunny Quotes card, with Create quote
Subscriptions and revenue — Bunny Subscriptions and Bunny Statistics cards: plans, terms, charges, recurring revenue and movements

Quotes and subscriptions live in Bunny rather than in HubSpot’s own quote and subscription objects, so there is one record of what each customer bought.

Native HubSpot CPQ or Bunny CPQ?

HubSpot’s Revenue Hub (formerly Commerce Hub) now ships real CPQ: templates, pricing rules, approvals, e-signature and recurring billing. If you sell flat or tiered per-seat plans and want everything inside HubSpot, it may be all you need.

Bunny is for the deals that come next — usage-based charges, mid-term add-ons that co-term and prorate themselves, renewal pipelines and revenue recognition. Still weighing it up? Read the full Bunny vs HubSpot comparison, or see Bunny’s quoting software.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does HubSpot have CPQ?
Yes. HubSpot's Revenue Hub, formerly Commerce Hub, includes CPQ on its Professional and Enterprise tiers, with quote templates, pricing rules, approvals, e-signature as a paid add-on, and recurring billing. It is a strong fit for flat and tiered pricing sold through HubSpot. Bunny is for SaaS teams that also need usage-based pricing, automatic co-terming and proration, renewal pipelines and revenue recognition.
How does Bunny add CPQ to HubSpot?
Bunny installs as a HubSpot app with three cards for the company record: Bunny Quotes, Bunny Subscriptions and Bunny Statistics. Reps click Create quote on the company and Bunny's quote builder opens inside HubSpot. Companies, contacts and deals sync between the two systems.
Do Bunny quotes replace HubSpot quotes?
Yes. The integration does not use HubSpot's own quote or subscription objects. Quotes and subscriptions live in Bunny and are shown on the HubSpot company record through the Bunny cards, so there is one source of truth for what was sold.
What syncs between HubSpot and Bunny?
Company names, parent-child company relationships, contacts (name, email and phone) and deals. Deals created in HubSpot on a synced company are mirrored into Bunny, and deal name and amount sync in both directions. Closed-won and closed-lost stages are written back to HubSpot's default pipeline.
Do I need a Revenue Hub seat to quote with Bunny?
No. Bunny quotes do not use HubSpot's quoting, so reps need a Bunny seat rather than a HubSpot Revenue Hub seat. Bunny's sales-led plan is $150 per user per month.
Can existing Bunny customers be matched to HubSpot companies?
Yes. A bulk sync matches existing Bunny accounts to HubSpot companies, and any account without a match can be created in HubSpot as a new company from the same screen.
How long does setup take?
You enable the plugin in Bunny and authorize it with HubSpot over OAuth. A HubSpot admin then adds the Bunny cards to the company record layout, which takes a few minutes.
