Keep Stripe for self-service. Run your big deals in Bunny.
Sidecar syncs your Stripe data into Bunny. Your product-led revenue carries on billing through Stripe, while Bunny takes over the higher-value, sales-led subscriptions — proper quoting, approvals and renewals, with one set of SaaS metrics across both.
No migration. Nothing moves off Stripe until you decide it should.
Self-service
You can’t do custom pricing in Stripe without messing everything up
Every sales-led deal that needs a price Stripe doesn’t already have leaves you picking from four bad options. Here’s what each one costs you.
Customer-specific products
A new product and price for every negotiated deal.
The catalog fills with one-offs that no two accounts share, so nothing can be grouped, compared or reported on.
Manual invoices
Raise the invoice by hand, every billing period.
The deal is no longer a subscription, so there is nothing to renew, nothing to prorate and nothing to recognise automatically.
Creative use of coupons
Bend discounts into shapes they were never meant to take.
The real contracted price is now hidden behind a stack of coupons, so your reported revenue and your actual revenue drift apart.
Invoice it out of QuickBooks
Move sales-led billing out of the billing system entirely.
Your biggest deals now live where your product, your metrics and your renewals can’t see them.
All four choices kill the same three things.
Every time someone goes into Stripe to configure a new product for a sales-led deal, they mess up the whole downstream billing stack in the process.
We hear this from customers constantly. The damage isn’t at the point of sale — it’s three months later, when the renewal doesn’t fire, the revenue schedule is wrong, and nobody can work out which change caused it.

Two systems, one book of business
Stripe keeps doing everything it already handles well. Bunny takes the deals it was never built for — and the charges are still collected through your existing Stripe account.
Connect
Link your Stripe account in a few clicks. Your customers, subscriptions, products and payment history appear in Bunny, mapped onto a real product catalog. Nothing about your live billing changes.
Split the motion
Self-service keeps running on Stripe, untouched. Write new sales-led business in Bunny — quotes, custom pricing, ramps, approvals and signatures — without creating a single one-off product in Stripe.
Take over the big ones
Hand your higher-value subscriptions to Bunny to manage, when it suits you — one segment, one product line, one account at a time. Everything else stays on Stripe for as long as you like.
What syncs in from Stripe
What Bunny takes over
Payments don’t move.
Bunny raises the invoice for the subscriptions it manages, and the charge is still collected on your existing Stripe account — so your customers’ payment experience and stored cards are untouched. See the Stripe integration.
Connect Stripe, then quote a deal Stripe could never handle
A run through the whole loop: sync a live Stripe account into Bunny, write a sales-led deal with custom pricing and an approval step, and see it running as a Bunny-managed subscription — with the charge still collected through Stripe.
Screen recording: connect a Stripe account and show the synced customers and catalog; build a ramped, discounted quote in Bunny with an approval; sign it; then show the subscription running in Bunny, the charge collected via Stripe, and the updated metrics across both. Do NOT imply the deal is written back into Stripe.
Full SaaS metrics on the revenue already sitting in Stripe
Trials, revenue, collections, retention, forecast and renewals — calculated across both systems from one catalog, instead of split between two tools and reconciled by hand.

Bunny Analytics is organized into several sections. In addition to the overview, you can navigate to trials, revenue, collections, retention, forecast, and renewals. The overview dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of your business. Here, you can view monthly and annual recurring revenue, monthly revenue over time, and the number of new and total paying accounts.
The Trials dashboard helps you monitor who is trying the product and how those trials are performing. You can see trials per month, which ones are converting, and which ones are dropping off. You can also see where trials are coming from across the US and globally. The Revenue dashboard provides a deeper look at your revenue.
In addition to MRR and ARR, you can view monthly revenue over time here, along with the movements. This is a drill down where you can see new business, expansion, contraction, and outright churn. We also track compound growth rate, as well as revenue per state and country. The Collections dashboard helps you stay on top of customer collections.
You can see how your outstanding revenue is aging from zero to ninety days, along with the top unpaid accounts. On the Retention dashboard, we take a closer look at how effectively you are retaining your customers. At the top, you can see monthly churn rate, followed by net retention and gross retention, which are two very important metrics for SaaS businesses.
Finally, you have a cohort chart that shows how well you are retaining customers over time. The Forecast dashboard lets you predict how much revenue you're collecting in the coming months. You can see the monthly numbers at the top, as well as the detailed invoices being collected below. Finally, we have the renewals. The renewal amounts per month are shown in the top chart, followed by detailed accounts in the table below. And this is Bunny Analytics.
Point AI at the revenue you already have
Once your Stripe data is in Bunny and rooted in a real catalog, the RevOps Agent can work on it. Ask which renewals are at risk, where discounting is leaking revenue, or which accounts have outgrown their plan — and have it draft the quotes.
This is the part that never works on raw Stripe data: an agent is only as good as the structure underneath it, and a catalog full of customer-specific one-offs gives it nothing to reason about.
