Salesforce CPQ alternatives
Salesforce CPQ alternatives for teams ready to move on
The main Salesforce CPQ alternatives are Salesforce’s own Revenue Cloud, DealHub, Subskribe and Bunny. Bunny is SaaS billing, CPQ and RevOps for B2B SaaS: reps keep quoting from the Salesforce opportunity, and the signed deal becomes the subscription, the invoice and the renewal — with no billing handoff to manage.
What is happening to Salesforce CPQ?
Salesforce CPQ is end of sale, not end of life. Salesforce stopped selling it to new customers in March 2025 and put it into a maintenance phase: support and critical fixes continue, new features go into Revenue Cloud.
There is no forced migration and no announced shutdown date. But a move to Revenue Cloud is a migration to a different product, not an upgrade — which makes it the natural moment to compare the alternatives. Our Salesforce CPQ end-of-life guide has the full timeline and a migration checklist.
- March 2025
- End of sale: no new Salesforce CPQ licences for new customers
- Today
- Existing customers can renew, add users and get support; fixes, no new features
- December 2026
- Target date for Salesforce’s CPQ-to-Revenue Cloud migration assistant, announced at Dreamforce 2026
- End of life
- Not announced
Salesforce CPQ alternatives compared
The three questions every team leaving Salesforce CPQ asks: what will it cost, how long will it take, and what happens to the deal after it is signed?
| Platform | Cost | Implementation time | Billing handoff | Salesforce fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bunny Subscription CPQ + billing | SLG plan $150/user/month, billing included; revenue recognition +0.2% with Advanced Billing | Weeks, with Bunny's migration team | None needed: the signed quote becomes the subscription, invoice, renewal date and revenue schedule | Reps quote from the opportunity; amount, term and status sync back |
| Salesforce Revenue Cloud Revenue Cloud Advanced / Agentforce Revenue Management | Growth $150/user/month; Advanced $200/user/month; annual contract | Salesforce cites 3–6 months for a typical CPQ migration | Invoicing and consumption billing in the Advanced edition | Native to the platform |
| DealHub Quote-to-revenue platform | Not published; quoted by sales | Not published; markets faster go-lives than other CPQs | DealHub Billing, on the same data model as its CPQ | Integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics 365 |
| Subskribe Quote-to-revenue platform | Not published; priced by product, term and seats | “Weeks, not years,” per Subskribe | Subskribe Billing and revenue recognition on the same catalog | Integrates with Salesforce and HubSpot |
| Stay on Salesforce CPQ End of sale, still supported | Existing contracts renew | None today; a migration later | A separate billing system, kept in step with the quote | Native, but in maintenance: fixes, no new features |

Who each Salesforce CPQ alternative is best for
Every option here can produce a quote. The difference is what happens after the customer signs, and how much of your stack has to change to get there.
Bunny
This is usBunny CPQ and billing, connected to Salesforce
Best for: B2B SaaS teams whose quoting complexity is subscription state — ramps, usage charges, mid-term upsells, renewals — and who want Salesforce to stay the CRM.
Billing handoff: there isn’t one. The signed quote becomes the subscription, invoice, renewal date and revenue recognition schedule in Bunny, and the deal syncs back to the opportunity. See Bunny CPQ for Salesforce.
Salesforce Revenue Cloud
Revenue Cloud Advanced, also branded Agentforce Revenue Management
Best for: Organisations fully standardised on Salesforce, with configuration- heavy catalogs and a partner bench to implement them.
Worth knowing: It is Salesforce’s chosen successor and where new features land, but it is a new product on a new data model. CPQ objects have to be transformed, and Salesforce’s own guidance is three to six months for a typical migration.
DealHub
CPQ, CLM, DealRoom and billing
Best for: Sales teams that want contract management and a buyer-facing deal room alongside CPQ, across Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics 365.
Worth knowing: DealHub now markets its own billing on the same data model as its CPQ. Pricing is not published, so get the full module list priced before you compare.
Subskribe
CPQ, billing and revenue recognition
Best for: Mid-market and enterprise SaaS that want quote-to-revenue as a single purchase, with Salesforce or HubSpot as the CRM.
Worth knowing: CPQ and Billing can be bought separately or bundled. Pricing is quoted by product, term and seats rather than published.

How to choose a Salesforce CPQ alternative
Three questions settle most shortlists. Answer them before the first demo.
Where does your complexity live?
Product rules and bundles that must be configured correctly point to Revenue Cloud. Ramps, usage charges, upsells and renewals point to a CPQ that knows the live subscription.
Who keeps quote and bill in step?
If the answer is a person or a nightly sync, that is where errors reach invoices. Count how many systems a renewal touches today, then ask each vendor to show the same renewal end to end.
What does the whole stack cost?
Add the CPQ licence, the billing system, revenue recognition and the implementation partner. Bunny’s SLG plan includes billing at $150 per user per month — the full breakdown is on the pricing page.
