Renewal management software that drafts the renewal for you
Bunny is renewal management software for B2B SaaS, built into Bunny’s billing, CPQ and RevOps platform. Ninety days before a term ends, Bunny opens a renewal deal with the quote already drafted from the live subscription, every co-termed add-on included. Your team negotiates and expands instead of rebuilding contracts.
How does Bunny manage SaaS renewals?
Every renewal gets its own deal on a dedicated renewal pipeline. You never start from a blank quote, and nobody has to remember to move the deal at the key moments — it follows what actually happens to the quote and the subscription.
-
90 days out
Quote drafted
Bunny opens the renewal deal and drafts the quote from the current subscription. Subscriptions ending on the same date renew together.
-
Quote shared
Sent
Share the renewal by email or PDF and the deal moves to Sent on its own.
-
Back and forth
Negotiating
Adjust terms, add seats or products, rerun approvals — it is still one quote on one deal.
-
Quote applied
Renewed
The accepted quote renews the subscription for the new term, and billing picks it up.
-
Cancelled or expired
Churned
If the subscription is cancelled or lapses, the deal closes as churned, so your renewal numbers stay honest.
Renewal deals are created for fixed-term subscriptions and annual evergreen subscriptions. Monthly evergreen plans simply roll over on their own.
What should renewal management software handle?
A renewal is where the price goes up, the add-ons get tidied up and the account grows — or quietly doesn’t. These are the levers Bunny gives you on every one.
Price uplifts, set once
Agree a price uplift at signing — a percentage, or “copy from catalog” — and Bunny applies it on the billing day. Defaults come from the price list; reps can change them per deal.
Co-terming by default
Mid-term add-ons are co-termed to the existing end date and prorated, so a customer with five purchases still has one renewal date and one renewal quote.
Expansion on the renewal
The renewal quote is a normal Bunny quote: change quantities and discounts, add products, send for approval and e-signature — turning the renewal into an upsell.
Auto-renewal when you want it
Mark a subscription evergreen and it auto-renews at every term end until cancelled. Leave it off and the subscription expires unless it is renewed.
Renew several subscriptions at once
Select multiple subscriptions on an account and renew them together on one quote, for another term.
Grandfathered legacy plans
Retire a price list and existing customers keep auto-renewing on it, while new customers can no longer subscribe. See grandfathering.
See every SaaS renewal coming
Renewals only get missed when nobody can see them. In Bunny, the renewal pipeline sits next to the billing data that decides it.
Why this matters as you scale is covered on our complex renewals page, and how AI helps catch expansion revenue in AI renewal management for SaaS.

Workflow nudges
Email account managers automatically when their accounts come up for renewal.
Ask the RevOps Agent
“When is the next renewal for Silverfern?” or “Apply a 10% discount on the next renewal for Jones & Co.” Bunny RevOps Agent answers and acts in plain English, and AI tools connected to Bunny can list the renewals nobody has worked yet.
The RevOps expert your team never had.
- Type "send upgrade quotes to all starter plan accounts" — done in seconds
- Know which renewals need you this month, while there is still time to do something about it
- Find every overdue invoice in one question, instead of one account at a time
