FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to replace our existing tools to use Bunny?
No. Bunny sits between the systems you already run. Your CRM stays your CRM, your general ledger stays your ledger, your payment processor keeps processing payments. What Bunny adds is the layer none of them cover properly — quoting, subscriptions, usage rating, invoicing and revenue recognition — and it feeds each of them from that single record.
How are integrations set up?
Each one is a plugin you enable inside Bunny. Most connect through OAuth in a single click; the rest take an API key or a set of credentials from the vendor. There is no implementation project and no connector to build.
Do integrations cost extra?
The integrations themselves are part of the platform. Where an integration connects to a third-party service — Avalara, Docusign, Stripe, Airbyte — you need an account with that vendor, on whatever terms you have with them.
What if the tool we use is not listed?
Two options. The Zapier integration reaches thousands of apps without code, and Bunny's API and workflow engine cover anything more specific. For a warehouse, the Airbyte connector replicates your full revenue dataset to any Airbyte destination.
Can we use more than one integration in the same category?
In most cases yes — the categories describe what each plugin does, not an exclusive slot. Tax is the main place worth planning, since telecom taxation and general sales taxation are handled by separate plugin types.

Keep the stack you have

Bunny sits between your CRM, your tax engine, your payment processor and your ledger — so quoting, subscriptions, usage and invoicing share one system of record without anyone migrating off the tools they already use.
